Since its beginnings as a mission church in the 1920s, Saint Bede the Venerable Parish has steadily grown into the large, yet close-knit community of 1,000+ households. St. Bede works collaboratively with the Montgomery Catholic Preparatory School system; the St Bede campus has an enrollment of 200 children from Pre-K4 to 6th Grade.  In addition, St Bede Parish offers a safe and educational Catholic environment for its pre-school infants up to age 3 in its Catholic Children's Ministry opening in the fall of 2014.  We also reach out into the greater community through various ministries.

Catholic Children's Ministry @ St. Bede:  A New Beginning

It is with hope, mercy and God's love that the parish begins to care for and help the parents of our families to educate their most precious gifts, - their children.  Making full use of all our resources, St. Bede has begun its new Children's ministry fully alive in the Catholic faith.  Please keep this vital and delicate ministry in your prayers for the blessing of all the children.

Visit their website: http://www.ccmstbede.wordpress.com

Visit the St. Bede the Venerable Catholic Goods (Religious Goods Store) for new arrivals & unique gift items.  It is open on Fridays 9-11 am & Sundays - after all the morning Masses.
Latest issue of the Magnificat is now available.

If you would like to have altar flowers in honor/memory of a loved one, for a specific Sunday, please come to the Parish office during office hours to check date availability.  The cost for the flowers and Mass intention is $175.00.

Please pray the NOVENA in honor of the Holy Spirit starting on Friday, May 15th. The novena is the oldest of all novenas since it was first made at the direction of Our Lord Himself when He sent His apostles back to Jerusalem to await the coming of the Holy Spirit on the first Pentecost. It is still the only novena officially prescribed by the Church. Addressed to the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity, it is a powerful plea for the light and strength and love so sorely needed by every Christian.
